Release 1.1.2 — the default path works end to end

Fix release for 1.1.1: the minimal path end to end, engine commands that
run on Godot, Unity and Unreal, hook warnings you can see, and verdicts
that say when they could not check. Details in CHANGELOG.md; upgrade
steps in UPGRADING.md (v1.1.1 → v1.1.2).

6. **Environment Management**: Maintain development, staging, and production
environment configurations.
When a pipeline step fails, diagnose it before changing anything: a capability the
runner lacks, a real test or build failure, or a flaky step (retry only a proven
flake). Propose a fix that keeps the step in the pipeline, and name its trade-off.
### Branching Strategy
- `main` -- always shippable, protected
- `develop` -- integration branch, runs full CI
- `feature/*` -- feature branches, branched from develop
- `release/*` -- release candidate branches
- `hotfix/*` -- emergency fixes branched from main
Trunk-based, as the project's CLAUDE.md states under Version Control. If it
names a different model, follow that one and say which you followed.
- `main` is the trunk -- always shippable, protected, and built and tested by
CI on every push and pull request.
- Work happens on short-lived branches cut from `main` and merged back within
a day or two through a pull request that passes CI. There is no long-lived
integration branch beside `main`; unfinished work ships dark behind a
feature flag rather than waiting on a branch.
- A release is a tag on `main`. Cut a `release/*` branch from that commit only
when a release needs stabilising (a freeze, platform certification): bug
fixes only, and every fix lands on `main` as well (`/team-release`).
- A `hotfix/*` branch starts from the release it fixes — its tag, or its
`release/*` branch if one exists — and merges back to `main`, and to that
`release/*` branch only if it exists; the patch release is tagged (`/hotfix`).
