Release 1.1.2 — the default path works end to end

Fix release for 1.1.1: the minimal path end to end, engine commands that
run on Godot, Unity and Unreal, hook warnings you can see, and verdicts
that say when they could not check. Details in CHANGELOG.md; upgrade
steps in UPGRADING.md (v1.1.1 → v1.1.2).

Best for action games, platformers, physics-heavy games, or any concept where
moment-to-moment feel IS the hypothesis.
- Write it in the project's engine and language — `engine.name` and `engine.language` from `project.yaml`; for any key absent or empty, from `.claude/docs/technical-preferences.md`; if neither names one, ask. Check each node and API against `docs/engine-reference/[engine]/deprecated-apis.md` before using it from memory, and use the replacement it lists.
- Reliability: ~50–60% one-shot. **2–4 rounds of iteration are normal — this is not failure.**
- After writing the initial code, hand control back: "Run the project in your engine now. Paste any errors or describe what you see."
- Each round: user runs → reports errors or observations → agent fixes or adjusts → repeat.

- Vertical slices: `prototypes/[name]-vertical-slice/`
- Every prototype file starts with:

// PROTOTYPE - NOT FOR PRODUCTION
// Question: [What this prototype tests]
// Date: [When it was created]
[comment] PROTOTYPE - NOT FOR PRODUCTION
[comment] Question: [What this prototype tests]

Write `[comment]` in each file's own comment syntax — `#` in GDScript (`.gd`)
and Python, `//` in C#, C++ and JavaScript, `--` in Lua, `<!-- … -->` in HTML
and Markdown. A header in another language's syntax is a parse error, not a
label. Files that cannot hold a comment (JSON, engine-generated scene and
project files) are exempt.
- Prototypes must not import from production source files — copy what you need
- Production code must never import from `prototypes/`
- When a prototype validates a concept, production implementation is written from
scratch using proper standards. The prototype is reference only.
- Asked to turn a prototype into production code, decline: point to its `REPORT.md`
as what carries forward (offer to write it if it does not exist yet) and route
production architecture to lead-programmer.
