Release 1.1.2 — the default path works end to end

Fix release for 1.1.1: the minimal path end to end, engine commands that
run on Godot, Unity and Unreal, hook warnings you can see, and verdicts
that say when they could not check. Details in CHANGELOG.md; upgrade
steps in UPGRADING.md (v1.1.1 → v1.1.2).

Read `.claude/docs/model-tiers.md` on demand. It carries the tier table, the
per-skill assignments and the authoring rule.
**One line of it is load-bearing enough to restate here:** a skill's `model:`
frontmatter is **declared but not applied** — Claude Code reads it and serves the
skill from the session model regardless. Never tell a user that a skill's tier
is saving them money. The agent-side `model:` is a different mechanism and is
untested, not known-broken.
**Load-bearing enough to restate here:** whether a skill's `model:` is used
depends on how the skill starts. Typed as `/skill-name`: yes, except a `haiku`
pin in auto mode. Started by Claude through the Skill tool: no. Never tell a
user a `haiku` skill saves money; an `opus` skill typed in a Sonnet session
costs more. The agent-side `model:` is a different mechanism, and is applied.
